- Sewers, Roadway, Traffic, Utilities, Wastewater, Water Mains
- Drainage, Storm Water Management
- Construction Management
- Public speaking skills for township meetings
- Contacts at municipalities in the region
- Full understanding of design process
- Zoning and approvals
- Handle multiple projects
- Stable employment history
